Be Young Compensation Plan

Quick Start Weekly Bonus

Quick Start is designed to get the money flowing quickly to reward those people who are working and making things happen. It is paid on the Personal Volume (PV) of the first time orders ONLY. First time orders are excluded from the Matrix and Infinity Bonuses.

  • 20% paid to first sponsor with 40 or more PV within the last 30 days
  • 20% paid to next upline sponsor with 100 PV or more
  • 20% paid to next upline sponsor with 200 PV or more

Compression is applied to the Quick Start Bonus.

In order for the Quick Start Bonus to be paid the following week, an initial online order must be received by the Company no later than Thursday, 11:59 pm mountain time. Phone orders must be placed during normal business hours.

3x4 Matrix Monthly Bonus

To qualify for the Matrix Bonus:

  • Purchase 40 or more PV or have 40 or more PV Autoship
  • Sponsor 1 active member to earn 5% of Level 1
  • Sponsor 2 active members to earn 5% of Level 2
  • Sponsor 3 active members to earn 10% of Level 3
  • Sponsor 4 active members plus reach Amethyst or above to earn 10% on Level 4

An active member has 40 or more PV within the last 30 days. Your sponsored members may appear at any level in your Matrix organization.

To maximize your Matrix Monthly Bonus, you only need 4 active, sponsored members.

The Matrix can be filled by members you personally sponsor, the members they sponsor, and by spillover from your upline.

Spillover is the term used when new members are sponsored by someone above you in the Matrix structure and placed in your Matrix.

The Matrix has compression (roll up) to maximize the full depth of your organization. This can be very rewarding as members below the 4th level can potentially increase the number of people paid on from the Matrix.

Infinity Monthly Bonus

To Qualify for Infinity Bonus:

  • Have 4 personally sponsored members with 40 or more PV within the last 30 days
  • Purchase 40 or more PV or have 40 or more PV Autoship
  • 50% rule: The most volume any one leg may contribute to qualify for a rank is 50% of the rank’s qualifying Group Volume
  • Each personally sponsored member becomes the top of a new leg, no matter where they are placed in the Matrix

This bonus is paid on your entire sponsored organization's volume including your PV once you are Amethyst Qualified or above.

  • Your sponsored organization consists of all of the members you personally sponsored, and the ones they personally sponsored
  • As you progress in rank, your personal purchases will effectively be discounted between 4% - 24% and is a part of your Infinity Bonus
  • All Group Volume (GV) includes your PV (pay out only, not for qualification)
  • Bonuses are paid on your sponsored organization down every leg to the first member who is at or above your presently qualified rank

Infinity Ranks

  • Amethyst: Qualifying Volume 1,000 GV

    4% is paid on each leg down to an Amethyst organization.

  • Topaz: Qualifying Volume 5,000 GV

    8% is paid on each leg down to an Amethyst organization, at which point 4% is paid.

  • Ruby: Qualifying Volume 10,000 GV

    12% is paid on each leg down to a Topaz organization, at which point 4% is paid; or down to an Amethyst organization, at which point 8% is paid.

  • Sapphire: Qualifying Volume 25,000 GV

    16% is paid on each leg down to a Ruby organization, at which point 4% is paid; or down to a Topaz organization at which point 8% is paid; or down to an Amethyst organization at which 12% is paid.

  • Emerald: Qualifying Volume 50,000 GV

    20% is paid on each leg down to a Sapphire organization, at which point 4% is paid; or down to a Ruby organization at which point 8% is paid; or down to a Topaz organization at which point 12% is paid; or down to an Amethyst organization at which point 16% is paid.

  • Diamond: Qualifying Volume 100,000 GV

    24% is paid on each leg down to an Emerald organization, at which point 4% is paid; or down to a Sapphire organization, at which point 8% is paid; or down to a Ruby organization, at which point 12% is paid; or down to a Topaz organization, at which point 16% is paid or down to an Amethyst organization, at which point 20% is paid.

Company Wide Monthly Gem Pools

To qualify you must be Infinity Bonus qualified:

The Total Gem Pool is a 5% of the company wide Commissionable Volume (CV). The 5% is divided into 5 pools with 1% in each pool. The 1% is evenly divided between all qualified members at each rank.

  • Topaz Pool 1 share for all qualified
  • Ruby Pool 1 share for all qualified
  • Sapphire Pool 1 share for all qualified
  • Emerald Pool 1 share for all qualified
  • Diamond Pool 1 share for all qualified
